What materials are the lamps made of?

Lipe lamps are made from high–quality acrylic, a lightweight, durable material that diffuses light beautifully. Depending on the colour, the acrylic is sourced from either the UK or Germany.

Where are the lamps manufactured?

All lamps are designed and produced in Finland in collaboration with local subcontractors.

What type of bulb do the lamps use?

Mini Collection lamps use an E14 bulb, and Origins Collection lamps use an E27 bulb. You can choose any bulb that suits your preferred brightness and colour temperature.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Made-to-order items have a longer processing time, usually between 1–3 weeks.

How much is shipping?

Shipping within Finland is free of charge. International shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You have a 14-day return period for online purchases. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

How do I make a return?

Can I choose the “Pick up in store” option at checkout?

Yes. Although we do not have a physical store, ready-made products can be picked up directly from our studio by appointment. After selecting the pickup option at checkout, we will contact you to agree on a suitable time.

Payments are processed by Paytrail, offering all major Finnish payment methods: online bank payments, card payments, MobilePay, invoice, and instalment options. Payments are handled securely through Paytrail’s encrypted service.
