Shipping policy

Delivery Times
Our products are manufactured and delivered within 1–2 weeks of placing an order. Delivery time depends on whether the required materials are in stock or need to be ordered separately. If the delivery time differs from this (for example, due to seasonal demand or material delays), we will inform the customer as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods and Costs
We use Posti and Matkahuolto for deliveries.
Shipping is always free for domestic deliveries within Finland. For deliveries to the EU and the United States, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method.

Delivery Areas
We deliver orders to Finland, EU countries, and the United States. Any customs duties or additional costs related to importation are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Service Provider
The payment processing service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (Business ID: 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on your bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is licensed as a payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

Delivery Inspection
Please check your shipment immediately upon arrival. If the shipment has been damaged during transport, contact our customer service as soon as possible and include photos of both the packaging and the product.
